stay too. so. more and more people finally getting on the obamacare website, another story we're following to sign up for health care there are new reports of what awaits them. new reports people will have to pay thousands of dollars out of their own pocket before their insurance even kicks in. according to "the wall street journal" average deductible for an individual was $3600. under obama care care's bronze plan that soars to over $5,000. that is 42% increase. that is the lowest priced coverage on the exchange. stu varney, he is the host of "varney & company" on fox business network. stu, how do you think people are going to react? >> people will say, what did i do to deserve this after all you pay your taxes, work for a living. you've been forced to change your doctor. you've been forced to pay more for inwhich you may or may not need but the second sticker shock which is as you point out, heather, deductibles. the study was done by health pockket incorporated which studies this kind of thing. the federal exchanges, they found out the bronze plan has an average deductible

conversation for 2014 and 2016 should be very simple. it's essentially three and a half topics. is obamacare the best we can do, or can we develop a breakout to a genuinely personal health system that uses all the modern capabilities we've got? that's number one, because you can't avoid it. two, is this economy the best we can do, or can we get a breakout to the pioneers of the future liberating us once again to be the most dynamic, full-employment, high-income society in the history of world? three, are we, are we going to continue to steal from our children and grandchildren, or is it time to get to a balanced budget by fundamentally changing the government? and then the other issue which i list as a half issue because it's not relevant right now every day, but it could bite us at any time, and that is is this, is the current policy of weakness, confusion really a very reliable national security policy, or is the world dangerous, and do we need a much more coherent foreign and national security policy? that's not on the front burper right now. unfortunately, the nature of the world as you

that medicare is bad. it means they're hard to get started, and it's just the same as obamacare. but now i repeat, mr. president, many of the major problems with the health care law have been fixed hundreds of thousands of americans are logging on every day to research plans that they think could work for them and sign up for insurance that they know they need. states that embrace the affordable care act, such as kentucky and washington, have also reported successes with their exchanges. and thanks to the health care law and a few short weeks, no one can ever again be denied insurance just because they have a preexisting condition. because they are a cancer survivor, because they live with diabetes, because they had acne growing up or they're a woman. because of this landmark law, insurance companies can no longer cancel your policy when you get sick, charge you more -- i repeat -- because you're a woman or set an arbitrary limit on care that you receive. millions of seniors have saved billions of dollars on medicine because of the affordable care act. why? because it closed the gap in pre

, then we had the government shutdown and the debt ceiling debate, and then we've had obamacare and all of the issues, forget the website and all of that, just the cost, what does it mean for my business, and as a result, there is tons of uncertainty in u.s. businesses. so businesses invested strongly in 2010, again in '11, again in '12 but this year they slowed up a bit. nonetheless, if you look at the cash that businesses have on their books, the profitability of u.s. corporations, they have never been more profitable. they are hiring. we're going to see a 200,000 job growth in the month of november, probably, and that tells me that we're about to see a surge in investment. boy, if corporations put the cash on their books to work, imagine the kind of surge we would see. >> what would it take to get then to go put that money to work number one and number two, become more confident? what's it going to take? >> you know, i think right now we're sort of -- we keep calling this economy at first trust the plow horse economy. it ain't a racehorse. it ain't going to run the kentucky derby but
